We design and deliver projects in the Water, Bridges, Transport, Underground, Energy and Remediation industry sectors. Projects include dams, bridges, tunnels, water and wastewater treatment process facilities, rail infrastructure, mining infrastructure, electrical substations, marine works and pipeline rehabilitation: the complex infrastructure needed to build better communities.

About the Opportunity
We’re looking for a Project Administrator to join our team in Sydney. This is a key support role where you’ll work closely with Project Managers, Engineers and commercial teams to help deliver complex infrastructure projects across a range of sectors.

As a Project Administrator, you'll play an important part in keeping projects running smoothly by supporting project controls, procurement, reporting, document management and day-to-day administration. You'll join a collaborative team environment and have the opportunity to contribute to diverse and challenging projects while building your career with a leading infrastructure contractor.

This is a full-time permanent position, with a salary range of $84,000 - $94,000 base + super (dependent on experience).

What You’ll Bring to the Team

• Previous experience in a Project Administrator, Site Administrator or similar role within the construction, engineering or infrastructure sectors.

• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Experience supporting project teams with procurement, reporting, document control and general project administration.

• High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering accurate work.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook.

• Experience with project management, ERP or document control systems will be highly regarded.

• A proactive approach and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
