## Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Lawyer role based in the Greater Sydney Area. The Lawyer will advise clients on strata and property-related legal matters, including reviewing and drafting contracts, by-laws, strata management agreements, and related documentation.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
* Providing written and oral legal advice.
* Preparing correspondence and legal opinions.
* Managing client communications in a timely and professional manner.
* Representing clients in dispute resolution, including tribunal and court proceedings.
* Working with colleagues to develop case strategies.
* Conducting legal research and staying up to date with legislative and regulatory developments affecting strata law.
* Contributing to internal knowledge sharing and client-facing publications or seminars.
## Qualifications & Experience
* Admission as a Lawyer in Australia and a current or eligible practising certificate in New South Wales.
* Demonstrated experience in strata law, property law, or related commercial litigation.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent legal drafting, research, and written communication skills, including the ability to prepare clear advice and submissions.
* Strong client service orientation, with the ability to manage files, meet deadlines, and communicate complex issues in accessible terms.
* Ability to work collaboratively within a team, contribute to a positive workplace culture, and exercise sound professional judgment.
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple matters concurrently in a fast-paced environment.
* Genuine interest in developing specialist expertise in strata and community title law; prior experience in this area is highly regarded.
* Bachelor of Laws (LLB), Juris Doctor (JD), or equivalent legal qualification.
