Full-Time Chef — Hunter & Scout Cafe, Graceville

Hunter & Scout is looking for an experienced full-time chef to join our team. We're right opposite Graceville train station with plenty of free parking, so getting here is easy. We serve breakfast and lunch daily, and between our à la carte menu and our functions — casual but elevated — there's real variety here, and plenty of room to grow.

The Role

This is a great fit for an experienced chef who loves being part of a friendly, hardworking team and takes genuine pride in putting out quality food. We've built a reputation as one of the best cafe/restaurant/function spaces of our kind in Brisbane, and we're looking for someone to help us keep those standards high. You'll be working alongside a professionally trained, skilled team of chefs, with plenty of hands-on training and support along the way — we look after our people.

We run rotating rosters so the load is shared fairly across the team, which means real work-life balance rather than the same person always copping the tough shifts. And we're days only — no nights.

What we're after

• Proven experience in a restaurant or cafe kitchen

• Solid knowledge across all facets of food production, with strong culinary skills

• Great organisation and time management
