Occupational Therapist & Speech Pathologist | Paediatric & Adult Caseloads | Contractor | Richlands

Third Harmony Therapy Services is a growing multidisciplinary allied health practice in Richlands, bringing together psychology, occupational therapy, speech pathology, and counselling under one roof. As we expand our team, we're looking for a General Occupational Therapist and a Speech Pathologist who want the flexibility of contracting without losing the support of a real team around them.

About the Roles

You'll be working with a mixed caseload of children and adults, including a strong base of NDIS-funded clients, alongside colleagues from psychology and counselling — so referrals and collaborative care happen naturally, in-house.

These are contractor positions on a 60/40 split: you retain 60% of your billings, with the remaining 40% covering rooms, admin support, scheduling, and referral development.

About You

• Full AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist, or full AHPRA registration / Speech Pathology Australia (SPA) membership as a Speech Pathologist

• Experience (or strong interest) working across both paediatric and adult populations

• Experience or interest working with NDIS participants

• Comfortable working autonomously as a contractor while contributing to a team culture

• Current ABN and professional indemnity insurance

• NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
