BizHealth partners with a wide range of prominent clients, including Bunnings, CPA, DHL, Honda, Westfield, NSW Police Force, and Bluescope.Role Description The Nurse Practitioner role at BizHealth Consultants Pty Ltd is a casual, on-site position based in the Greater Melbourne Area. The Nurse Practitioner will provide advanced clinical assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based interventions to employees participating in workplace health programs. Daily responsibilities include conducting health screenings, chronic disease risk assessments, and follow-up consultations, as well as developing individualized care plans that support prevention, early intervention, and ongoing management of health conditions. The role involves collaborating closely with corporate clients, multidisciplinary health professionals, and internal teams to design and deliver tailored health initiatives that align with organizational goals. The Nurse Practitioner will also contribute to health education, coaching, and behavioral change programs, maintain accurate clinical records, and support continuous improvement of BizHealth’s services.QualificationsCurrent registration as a Nurse Practitioner with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and eligibility to practice in Victoria.Strong clinical skills in primary care, occupational health, and chronic disease prevention and management.Experience conducting health assessments, screenings, and evidence-based interventions in workplace or community settings.Demonstrated ability to provide health education, coaching, and behavior change support to diverse employee populations.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients and stakeholders.Proven capability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams and interact professionally with corporate clients.Solid organizational and time-management skills, including the ability to manage multiple cases and priorities on-site.Comfort with using electronic health records, clinical documentation systems, and basic digital tools to support service delivery.Commitment to evidence-based practice, continuous learning, and quality improvement in corporate health and well-being programs.Experience in occupational health, corporate wellness, or public health is highly regarded; postgraduate qualifications in these areas are an advantage.
