Location: Bunbury or Kensington, Western Australia
The Forest Management Plan 2024–2033 (FMP) provides the strategic framework for the ecologically sustainable management of Western Australia’s south-west forests. It guides the conservation of biodiversity, maintenance of ecosystem health and vitality, protection of soil and water resources, adaptation to climate change, and management of cultural, social and economic values. Through coordinated planning, implementation, monitoring and reporting, the FMP supports evidence-based decision-making and continuous improvement in forest management across the plan area.
We are currently seeking a Finance and Administration Officer (Forest Management Plan) to join our team.
Under the general direction of the Coordinator Forest Management Plan, this position provides finance and administrative support for the implementation of the FMP. The role monitors and reports on budgets, expenditure, and delivery of management activities to support management effectiveness processes. It also acts as Executive Officer for the FMP Coordination and Oversight Groups.
