Claims Administrator

We are seeking an energetic person to support the General Insurance Broking team by managing the Claims experience for our clients

This position will suit a self-motivated individual willing to contribute to our team culture. Previous experience in claims processing in the General Insurance Broking space is required. Having a Tier 2 or Tier 1 accreditation in General Insurance Broking would be well regarded.

Key Activities of the Role

• Claims Management across Domestic and Commercial Lines

• Client contact and follow up

• Systems management and reporting

• Diverse stakeholder engagement

• Renewal Support as required

To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate the following:

• Experience in Claims in General Insurance Broking

• Strong Customer Service Skills and a confident telephone manner

• Demonstrated experience using different IT Platforms

• Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills

• Good Attention to detail and organisational skills

• Initiative – to proactively work as part of the team
