We're now seeking an experienced General Sales Manager to lead our Castle Hill dealership.

This is a pivotal leadership role where you'll be responsible for driving the performance of our New Vehicle, Used Vehicle and Finance & Insurance teams. Working closely with senior leadership, you'll develop high-performing teams, maximise profitability, oversee inventory management, and ensure an outstanding customer experience while achieving both dealership and manufacturer objectives.

About the Role

As General Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for:

• Leading, coaching and mentoring our New, Used and F&I teams
• Driving monthly sales, gross profit and departmental KPI performance
• Managing showroom activity, deal structuring and sales processes
• Overseeing vehicle inventory, stock ageing and used vehicle sourcing
• Working closely with Business Managers to maximise finance and aftermarket performance
• Monitoring CRM activity and ensuring consistent lead follow-up
• Building a high-performance culture through coaching, accountability and regular performance reviews
• Collaborating with the Dealer Principal and marketing team on local campaigns
• Maintaining compliance with dealership, OEM and legislative requirements
• Delivering an exceptional customer experience that strengthens our reputation and customer satisfaction scores

About You

To be successful, you'll bring:

• Proven success in senior automotive sales management
• Experience leading high-performing New and Used Vehicle sales teams
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to drive volume and profitability
• Exceptional leadership, coaching and people management skills
• Confidence negotiating and structuring profitable deals
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• A hands-on leadership style with the ability to motivate and inspire others
• Strong understanding of dealership systems, reporting and KPI management
• Current Australian Driver Licence
