About the Team

Digital Application Development brings together Monash Health's application development, automation and integration capabilities into a single, end-to-end delivery function. The team is responsible for building, supporting and continuously improving digital solutions that extend enterprise platforms, improve interoperability and reduce technical debt across the organisation.

About The Role

As Senior Manager - Integration, you will lead Monash Health's enterprise integration capability, ensuring critical clinical and business systems are connected, interoperable and able to support the delivery of safe, effective care.

Leading a team of Integration Architects and Specialists, you will oversee the planning, delivery and support of integration services across major digital initiatives while balancing operational priorities and strategic transformation programs.

Working closely with leaders across EMR Services, Partner Applications, Clinical Informatics, Design & Architecture and Digital Application Development, you will help ensure the right expertise is applied to the right work at the right time.

This is a key leadership role focused on enabling seamless information exchange across the organisation and supporting Monash Health's future digital landscape.

What We're Looking For

You are a strategic technology leader with deep experience in enterprise integration and a passion for solving complex interoperability challenges.

You will bring:

• Extensive experience in enterprise integration, interoperability and solution delivery.
• Strong understanding of healthcare integration standards including HL7, FHIR and API technologies.
• Proven leadership experience managing multidisciplinary technical teams.
• Ability to influence stakeholders across technical, clinical and executive audiences.
• Experience balancing operational support requirements with strategic transformation initiatives.

Experience in healthcare integration environments and knowledge of emerging digital technologies will be highly regarded
