We’re looking for passionate Lead Educators who are available to cover annual leave and long service leave, who love what they do, value teamwork and are excited to create warm, engaging learning environments where children and educators can truly thrive.

As a Lead Educator, you will: 

• Lead and support your team to deliver high-quality education and care 

• Build meaningful, respectful relationships with children, families and colleague 

• Plan and implement engaging, play-based learning aligned with the EYLF and NQF 

• Create safe, inclusive and inspiring learning environments 

• Mentor and support fellow Educators 

• Be an active part of our long-standing, collaborative and supportive team culture 

🌟 About You

Essential Requirements 

To be successful in this role, you will: 

• Hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, or be actively studying towards it 

• Have a strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS) 

• Hold a current Working With Children Check (Blue Card) 

• Obtained current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma training 

• Obtained Geccko mandatory child protection training

• Be committed to child safety, wellbeing and inclusive practice 

• Bring great communication skills, a positive attitude and a team-first mindset
