Ulti-Mech is looking for an experienced Automotive Branch Manager to help grow the mechanical and fleet side of our Gosnells workshop.

Our workshop carries out:

• General light vehicle servicing and repairs

• Brake, suspension and mechanical repairs

• Fleet maintenance

• Heavy vehicle and commercial repairs

• Department of Transport inspections

We already have a dedicated booking team handling Department of Transport inspection bookings, helping reduce phone traffic and allowing this role to focus on workshop operations, customer service and growing the mechanical side of the business.

Located in Gosnells with the train station only approximately 30 metres from the workshop, this location is ideal for anyone wanting easy public transport access.

Ulti-Mech Pty Ltd is a WA-owned automotive, heavy vehicle and mining support company with operations across Perth, Newman, Port Hedland and Geraldton. We also operate Daimler Trucks Geraldton supporting Mercedes-Benz Trucks, Freightliner and Fuso.

Our Gosnells workshop has recently undergone major upgrades including:

• Brand new signage and workshop presentation

• New partnership with Bridgestone tyres

• Expansion plans and growing customer demand

The Role

• Manage day-to-day workshop customer service

• Coordinate workshop bookings and job flow

• Prepare quotes and invoices

• Liaise with technicians and customers

• Monitor WIP and workshop efficiency

• Coordinate parts ordering and supplier communication

• Help grow the mechanical and fleet customer base

• Maintain strong customer relationships and repeat business

What We’re Looking For

• Previous Service Advisor or workshop coordination experience

• Automotive industry background preferred

• Strong communication and organisational skills

• Ability to multitask in a busy workshop environment

• Positive attitude with leadership potential
