Civil / Landscape All-Rounder or Traffic Controller Labourer

Plot Works is growing, and we’re looking for another good human to join the crew.

Basically, if you can work hard, think for yourself, have a laugh, and know that a tidy site is a good site, we should probably talk.

We work across streetscapes, reserves, playgrounds, concrete, paving, drainage, soft landscaping and general civil construction. Some days you’ll be helping prep concrete, other days you might be installing edging, spotting machinery, setting up traffic control, planting, mulching, loading materials, or making a site look like adults have been in charge.

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in civil construction, landscaping, traffic control or general labouring

• TC1 ticket also looked at favourably

• White Card

• Current driver’s licence

• Someone reliable, switched on and willing to have a crack

• Ability to work safely around plant, live traffic, the public and other trades

• A team player who doesn’t need a TED Talk every morning to get moving

Bonus points for:

• MR or HR licence

• Plant tickets

• First Aid

• Experience with concrete, paving, drainage, irrigation or streetscape works

• Being the type of person who sees something that needs doing and just does it
