TRIBE Group is an award-winning travel and events business specialising in two key areas – luxury leisure travel and corporate conferences, events and incentive programs across Australia and around the world.

We're looking for an AI expert to help shape the next evolution of our businesses. This role offers the freedom to explore, test, challenge how we currently work and make things happen. You'll lead our AI and automation roadmap across both the travel and events businesses, finding smarter, faster ways of working and identifying where AI can have the biggest impact.

Key responsibilities

• Lead our AI and automation roadmap across travel and events businesses

• Find smarter, faster ways of working

• Get inside our workflows and identify where AI can have the biggest impact

• Research, test and implement new tools and technology

• Automate repetitive and admin-heavy processes

• Work with external specialists where needed

• Help our teams adopt AI confidently and effectively

• Stay across what's emerging and bring the best opportunities into our businesses

• Track the time, capacity and commercial value we're creating

• Take ownership of our internal technology needs and manage our external IT partner

About you

• Someone who really knows AI and also understands business

• Background in AI, automation, digital transformation, technology or business improvement

• Curious, commercial, practical and great with people

• Know when to build, when to buy and when a process simply needs to change

• Naturally look at the way things are done and think: There has to be a better way
