Due to continued growth within our Land Lease Communities business, we are excited to introduce a newly created Regional Sales Lead opportunity based in Melbourne, Victoria. Reporting to the Sales Manager and leading a team of 8-10 Home Specialists and Sales Associates, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving operational performance, and developing team capability across our Victorian communities.

This is a permanent full-time position operating within a hybrid working model, with an expectation of approximately four days per week across our office and communities, and one day working from home.

In this newly created role, you'll lead a team of 8-10 Home Specialists and Sales Associates, driving team performance, customer experience and operational excellence across the homebuyer journey. Working across sales, development, marketing and community teams, you'll play a key role in helping customers transition into their new homes while supporting the continued growth of our Land Lease Communities business.

What You'll Do

• Lead and develop a team of Home Specialists and Sales Associates to deliver an exceptional customer journey from enquiry through to settlement and community life.
• Drive operational excellence across lead management, settlement readiness, governance and compliance.
• Partner with sales, development, marketing and community teams to deliver strong customer and commercial outcomes.
• Coach and develop team capability while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Support business growth while ensuring a consistent, high-quality customer experience.

You're an experienced people leader who enjoys developing high-performing teams and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You thrive in a collaborative environment, can build strong stakeholder relationships, and are motivated by achieving both customer and business outcomes.

Experience & Skills That Count

• Proven experience leading and coaching customer-facing or sales teams.
• Experience within residential property, land lease communities, retirement living, real estate or a related industry.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Demonstrated commercial acumen and ability to drive operational performance.
• Strong communication, coaching and customer relationship management skills.
