Job Task Analysis - Aquatic & Leisure Customer Service
Join our team
We’re looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Aquatic Customer Service Officers to support our Aquatic Programs across Kingston’s Aquatic centres.
This is a varied and rewarding role that combines customer service, administration, and swim teaching. You'll be the friendly first point of contact for our swim school families while helping to deliver quality aquatic education programs that build confidence, water safety skills, and community connection.

About the role
As an Aquatic Customer Service Officer, you'll play an important role in creating positive experiences for our customers and supporting the day-to-day operations of our Learn to Swim Program.
You'll work closely with families, students, swim teachers, and colleagues to ensure our swim school runs smoothly, professionally, and safely. No two days are the same, with responsibilities spanning customer service, administration, enrolments, program support, and swim instruction.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, staying organised, and making a positive impact in their community.
