We are a growing paediatric occupational therapy practice providing mobile, community-based services primarily across Marsden Park, Box Hill and surrounding suburbs in North West Sydney. Our approach is family-centred, neurodiversity-affirming and focused on helping children build meaningful skills in the environments where they live, learn and play.
About the Role
We're seeking an experienced and passionate Paediatric Occupational Therapist to join our growing team on a flexible contractor basis.
You'll provide mobile occupational therapy services across homes, schools, childcare centres and community settings, supporting neurodivergent children and adolescents with a range of developmental and functional needs.
Caseloads are thoughtfully planned to minimise travel and are primarily located across Marsden Park, Box Hill and surrounding suburbs in North West Sydney.
Initial caseload: 20–30 billable clinical hours per week, with opportunities to increase as the practice grows.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct functional assessments and deliver tailored intervention plansDeliver evidence-based therapy to neurodivergent children and adolescentsSupport families, educators and support teams with practical strategiesCollaborate with paediatricians, psychologists, speech pathologists, educators and other professionalsPrepare reports, progress notes and clinical documentationWork autonomously while being supported by a responsive, collaborative team
Essential Requirements
Minimum 4–5 years' paediatric Occupational Therapy experienceStrong clinical experience supporting neurodivergent children and adolescentsConfident in sensory processing, emotional regulation, functional skills, and behaviour support within the Occupational Therapy scope of practiceExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsAbility to work independently in community settingsCurrent AHPRA registration, Working With Children Check (WWCC), National Police Check, Child Protection Awareness Training Certificate and ABNProfessional Indemnity and Public Liability InsuranceCurrent driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle
