What this role is all about Based in our Perth office, this is an opportunity to be part of Lucid’s expanding Structural Engineering service.
You’ll work across a diverse range of projects spanning Defence, Health, Energy and Resources, Correctional, Transport and Infrastructure, Industrial, Retail and Commercial sectors, with direct access to industry-leading mentors and a clearly defined development pathway.
This role offers accelerated career growth, exposure to multidisciplinary collaboration, and the chance to help shape a new capability within one of Australia’s most progressive employee-owned consultancies.
How you’ll contribute day-to-day Analyse and design structures and components for various projectsCollaborate with architects, contractors and consultants to ensure project successManage project teams and milestone deliverablesPrepare drawings, reports and specificationsConduct site inspections and provide technical guidance during constructionContribute to innovation and continuous improvement initiativesDevelop and maintain client relationships
What sets you up for success Bachelor's degree in civil or structural engineering3–7 years’ local experience on medium to large-scale structural commercial projectsStrong technical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detailProficiency in structural analysis softwareStrong communication and teamwork abilitiesDedication to professional and team developmentPreferred skills and interests: experience with Autodesk Revit, Autodesk Robot Structural Analysis, interest in personal development, team growth and innovation, Australian Citizenship for Defence work.
