Gym Team Member

About the role

Approx. 10 hours per week. Mix of supporting the Club Manager and running the club independently. Hands-on role across operations, member experience, and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Overseeing daily club operations

• Driving new memberships and retention

• Managing social media accounts

• Delivering a high-level member experience

About you

• Minimum Cert III in Fitness (Cert IV preferred)

• Strong communication and people skills

• Self-motivated and able to take ownership

• Previous industry experience highly regarded

This role would be ideal for a Personal Trainer looking to build a client base and supplement their coaching with some front desk hours.

The gym is currently in need of a Personal Trainer, with a very high Trainer:Member ratio, ideal for building a client base.
