About the role

FULLTIME POSITION - Working Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm

You will be required to undertake the following tasks without limitation to:-

• Answering Phones

• PROFICIENT IN Microsoft Office inc. Word, Excel etc

• Responsible for processing and entering Orders & Quotes for the sales team

• Maintaining of Sales Data Base on behalf of the Sales team, helping with the CRM Entry and Distribution of marketing material

• Invoicing of client orders

• On the job training will be provider for Micronet HarmoniQ Software

• Assist in carrying out end of month processes where required

• General Data Entry

• Assisting with Debt Follow up & Collection procedures

The successful applicant should be:-

• Punctual, reliable, good work ethics

• Computer savvy

• Efficient time management

• Previous experience in a similar role would be a bonus

• Confident communication skills

• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills are necessary

• Self-motivated takes initiative and is organised

• Must have a good attitude towards work be friendly and comfortable in a customer service industry and willing to help out in a team environment
