Customer Success Consultant - Perth, WA

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

At Corporate Traveller, we're looking for a Customer Success Consultant to help our customers get more value from their travel programs while driving growth, retention and engagement. You'll own a portfolio of customers, using data, commercial insight and strong relationships to influence outcomes and deliver real business impact. Working as part of a high-performing national team, you'll enjoy variety, autonomy and the opportunity to develop your career in a role that sits at the intersection of customer success, account management and sales.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Own and grow a portfolio of Corporate Traveller customers, delivering exceptional service and measurable business outcomes.
• Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and drive increased customer value, engagement and spend.
• Deliver impactful customer reviews and presentations that influence strategy and support business growth.
• Leverage data and insights to uncover opportunities, solve challenges and support customer decision-making.
• Champion the adoption of Corporate Traveller products, services and technology solutions.
• Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to maximise retention and long-term success.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in customer success, account management, business development or sales.
• Strong communication, presentation and analytical skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Extensive experience using Salesforce CRM and Microsoft 365.
• Commercially minded with a passion for driving customer growth.
• Experience within a Travel Management Company (TMC) highly advantageous
