Marine Detailers Wanted - Immediate Start

COASTAL BOAT DETAILING IS EXPANDING THE CREW!

We are a leading marine detailing company based within the Mandurah Boat Lifting yard, with multiple positions available for an immediate start.

We are currently seeking:

• A trainee/entry-level detailer who is hardworking, reliable and eager to learn
• An experienced detailer with confidence using a machine buffer/polisher

Previous experience in boat detailing, vehicle detailing, grooming or automotive painting will be highly regarded for both positions.

Please note: This is physically demanding, hands-on work. Applicants must be able to safely perform the inherent requirements of the role, including repetitive machine polishing, prolonged standing, bending, reaching and working in confined or awkward positions.

• Be able to work at a fast pace while maintaining attention to detail
• Be well-presented, reliable and punctual
• Take pride in delivering the highest-quality finish
• Work well as part of a team

For the experienced position, you must be confident using a machine buffer/polisher and able to hit the ground running.

Full training in our specialised detailing processes will be provided, along with all required equipment.

You’ll work across a variety of stunning locations, including local marinas, waterfront properties and boatyards.
