Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Technical Lead

Position: D365 CRM Technical LeadExperience: 12+ yearsTechnical Experience:12+ years of experience in Dynamics 365 CE (CRM) implementations.Strong understanding of CE modules: Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Marketing.Expertise in Power Platform: Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI.Experience with Azure integration services and Dataverse.Proficiency in JavaScript, C#, .NET, and Dynamics SDK.Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.Microsoft certifications (e.g., Dynamics 365 CE Solution Architect Expert) preferred.
Day-to-day activities expectedUnderstand D365 Setup and Custom Components & current architectureUnderstand up-coming releases, changes & upgradesUnderstand the requirements provided by BAsPrepare the initial design as per the requirementsProvide technical impact & estimates for the changesFor new enhancements and solutions provide the architecture diagram, architecture considerationsPrepare the initial technical framework and assign tasks to the the developersReview the code and provide guidance as expectedSuggest best practices to the leadership teamIdentify issues in the current setup and provide solutions- Technical meetings, brainstorming and reportingJIRA and ConfluencePractice Agile processesArchitect end-to-end solutions using Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform.Lead technical design sessions and define solution architecture, data models, and integration strategies.Translate business requirements into scalable and secure technical solutions.Guide & mentor development teams on customizations, plugins, workflows, and Power Automate flows.Design and implement integrations using Azure services (Logic Apps, Service Bus, Functions).Ensure alignment with Microsoft best practices and enterprise architecture standards.Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and solution optimization.Support pre-sales activities including solution demos, architecture presentations, and effort estimation.Stay updated with Microsoft roadmap and recommend platform enhancements.Understand current customization and integrations in customer's environmentHelp in upgrading products and custom components
