Assistant Property Manager

About the role

G&H Property Group is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to join our growing agency in Murray Bridge, SA. This is a full-time position offering a varied role across property management, leasing and residential sales.

Working closely with the Senior Property Manager and Sales Director, you will assist with the day-to-day management of our residential portfolio, leasing, inspections and sales activities.

Property Management & Leasing

• Conducting inspections

• Leasing vacant properties and managing applications

• Assisting with tenant enquiries and day-to-day tenancy matters

• Conducting ingoing and outgoing inspections

• Assisting with maintenance and liaising with tenants, landlords and contractors

• Supporting rent collection and arrears

• Leases, renewals and tenancy documentation

• General property management administration

Sales Support

• Conducting inspections

• Assisting with property listings and sales documentation

• Coordinating photography, advertising, signage and marketing

• Assisting with buyer and vendor enquiries

• Maintaining buyer records and the CRM

• Assisting with prospecting and database management

• General support to the Sales Director from listing through to settlement

• Previous real estate or property management experience is desirable

• A relevant real estate qualification

• Strong organisational and communication skills

• Excellent attention to detail

• Professional and customer-focused approach

• Good computer and administrative skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
