Blue Mountains District ANZAC Memorial Hospital is an acute hospital that supports a population of approximately 80,000 and is the only ANZAC Memorial hospital remaining in NSW. Join our dedicated Rehabilitation Ward team as a Registered Nurse and play a vital role in supporting patients on their journey to recovery. In this rewarding position, you will provide high-quality, patient-centred care to individuals recovering from injury, surgery, or complex health conditions. Working within a multidisciplinary team, you will assess patient needs, develop and implement care plans, and contribute to achieving optimal health outcomes. Your ability to build trusting relationships, promote independence, and deliver compassionate care will be central to your success in this role.
We are seeking a motivated and adaptable Registered Nurse who is passionate about rehabilitation nursing and committed to continuous improvement. You will bring strong clinical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
