About the role
The Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced HSE Advisor / HSEQ Lead to play a pivotal role in promoting a strong safety culture and ensuring excellence in Health, Safety, Environment and Quality performance across our operations. This is a Fly-In-Fly-Out (8:6) role from Perth Airport, supporting high-risk, operational environments at Roy Hill Mine Village.

About the Role:
Reporting to the HSE Manager, you will be responsible for implementing, maintaining, and continuously improving the HSE Management System while ensuring compliance with statutory, client, and organisational requirements.
You will work closely with operational teams, providing expert HSEQ advice, leading incident investigations, and driving proactive risk management initiatives across site.
