Experienced Baker - Level 4, 5 Early morning shifts

We are looking for an Experienced Artisan Baker to join our growing team at Sonoma at our Alexandria bakery.

We’re looking for people who:

• Have experience in high quality artisan bread production

• Are confident working with high hydration doughs

• Experienced in mixing, hand shaping, proofing and baking to a high standard

• Are confident using a variety of artisan baking equipment such as spiral mixers, Rheon bread divider, bun rounder, proofers and rack ovens.

• Work well independently but thrive in a collaborative team environment

• Available for day shift work across a rotating roster

• Level 4 and 5 positions currently available with early morning 12.5% shift loading applied for 2am start.
