As we continue to grow across Melbourne, Gippsland and Wagga Wagga, we're excited to open our newest clinic in Footscray in October 2026, bringing our trusted imaging services to Melbourne's vibrant and rapidly growing western suburbs.
This is a unique opportunity to join us from the very beginning and play an important role in building a clinic that delivers outstanding patient care and referrer support, while leading the delivery of exceptional customer service to the local community..
About The Role
Working closely with the Administration Manager and Clinical Leads, you will take a hands-on leadership approach to:
Coach, mentor and develop team members to reach their full potentialOversee and actively support the day-to-day operations of reception and clinic workflowLead billing, banking and Medicare processes with accuracyCommunicate and implement business updates and lead process improvement initiatives to enhance patient experience and operational efficiencySupport the coordination of workforce planning, rostering and leave managementManage escalations and resolve complex enquiries with professionalism and empathy
About You
As an experienced and confident imaging Administration leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, you will bring:
Proven leadership experience with the ability to motivate and drive the performance of a teamStrong understanding of patient workflows, administrative processes and Medicare billingKnowledge of PET scheduling and booking workflows (desirable)Excellent communication skills and the confidence to engage with a variety of stakeholdersExceptional organisational skills and the ability to prioritise under pressureSound judgement and problem-solving capabilityA proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement
