Support Worker – Melbourne / North Melbourne

For this role you MUST be willing to drive within approximately a 40 minute radius of Melbourne, including suburbs like:

Altona | Keilor | Lalor | Doncaster | Burwood | Brighton

and have a minimum of 20 hours per week of availability.

What you’ll be doing

• Supporting children with their morning routine (7am starts!) & after school routine

• Encouraging independence, routine, and choice

• Assisting with daily living, community access, and meaningful activities

• Working alongside families and allied health professionals

• Keeping clear, respectful, and neuroaffirming notes

• Supporting adults with psychosocial disability access the community

What we’re looking for

• Genuine passion for supporting neurodivergent and people with psychosocial disabilities

• 12+ months experience working with neurodivergent children & young people (highly desirable)

• Reliability, empathy, and a sense of humour (because joy matters!)

• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to get one)

• First Aid & CPR Certificate

• Driver’s licence and your own reliable car

• Willingness to travel 40 minutes
