Our Best Starts with You!
We are seeking an energetic and professional individual to join our busy Buderim clinic.This is a part-time position (2 days per week), offering flexibility in scheduling. We welcome applications from candidates seeking work-life balance while contributing to a supportive and professional environment.
Also known as the Patient Service Officer you are responsible for providing friendly administrative support to our staff and clinicians, booking and rescheduling testing, liaising with hospital staff and doctors.
This role reports directly to the Practice Manager and supports our vibrant team who are passionate about customer service and working collaboratively.

As our highly valued Patient Service Officer, you’ll use your skills and expertise to provide quality care to patients with a wide range of cardiovascular conditions.
Primarily based in Buderim but will require occasional travel to cover other sites in Sunshine Coast, you’ll play a crucial role in delivering quality reception and administrative services that meet the highest professional and company standards. Your dedication will ensure that our patients, referrers, and customers receive the professional, caring, and friendly service they deserve.
