Branch Manager

Take ownership of a branch, lead a team and drive results across our Perth operation. This is a leadership role for someone ready to run a business unit with genuine autonomy and support.

West Coast Conveyor Services (WCCS) is part of the Reliable Conveyor Group. We're looking for an experienced Branch Manager to lead our Perth operation, with responsibility for branch performance, team leadership and client delivery across the region.

What You'll Be Doing

• Manage resources, staff and daily operations across the branch

• Set and drive operational and business goals, including revenue growth

• Attend shutdowns as required, providing leadership in the field

• Contract Management of Blue-Chip Customer contracts

• Manage our Field Service, Core Crews and QA Teams

• Own the branch's safety performance, including inspections, toolbox meetings and incident actions

• Oversee the commercial performance of the branch including quoting, planning and client relationships.

• Coach, mentor and develop your team, including performance reviews and probation checks

• Ensure equipment and vehicle fleet is well maintained and fit for purpose

• Report weekly to the CEO on branch performance

What We're Looking For

• Proven leadership experience in a similar branch, operations or site shutdown management role

• Strong background in heavy industry, materials handling or conveyor systems

• Demonstrated ability to lead field-based teams, including through shutdowns

• Certificate III in a relevant trade or Polymer Processing (highly regarded)

• Strong stakeholder management, from crew level through to client and executive

• A sharp focus on safety, planning and accountability

Desirable

• Formal leadership qualifications (FLM, Business Management or similar)

• Commercial experience managing branch P&L
