You Will Be Responsible For

Supporting a team of educators to implement programs, follow the EYLF and share the excitement of child-led discovery.Creating long-lasting connections and partnerships with your local community, schools, and families.Supporting the centre to Meet/Exceed the National Quality Standards

Do You Possess These Qualities And Qualifications

Diploma in early childhood education and care or ACECQA equivalent.At least 1year of working experience in a similar role.Current First Aid, CPR and Asthma/Anaphylaxis Certificates.Paid working with children check (blue Card).Organised with the ability to prioritise tasks/workload.Ability to demonstrate innovative and creative thinking.Enthusiastic, positive, fun and outgoing attitude.Approachable and friendly with a demonstrated passion for early education.An understanding of EYLF.Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an ability to build strong relationships.

Working Hours

You must be available to work within the hours of 6.30am and 6.30pm Monday - Friday.

The salary on offer is $75,000 - $85,000 per year (depending on skills, qualifications, and experience) plus superannuation.
