Positive Energy Solutions is the leading solar and battery solutions provider based in Osborne Park, Perth WA. We’re a locally owned and operated company of solar industry professionals.

We focus on the mid to premium side of the market and focus on tailored solutions for the end user. As a business we spend time with our clients to create the best solution for them, in our showroom in Osborne Park and detailed consultation over the phone and in home.

With the announcement of both a State and Federal battery rebate the business is experiencing a level of unprecedented growth and seeking additional front of house and sales members for an immediate start.

About the Role

We are looking for someone with a strong core set of organisational administration skills, excellent customer service fundamentals and someone who everyone enjoys being around with a bubbly and upbeat personality.

• Work as the front of house greeting customers and colleagues

• Sales positions available for the right person

• Answer incoming calls to reception and direct enquiries

• Contact and qualify all in-bound solar and battery enquiries

• Set in-home appointments for the in home consultants

• Schedule installations

• CRM data entry and maintenance

• Working within the team to support sales and operations

• Work hours are 8am - 4pm Monday to Wednesday based in our Osborne Park showroom

About the Person

• Confident and enthusiastic!

• Good phone manner and communication skills

• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred

• Strong computer skills, especially Outlook, Calendars and CRM databases

• Good customer service skills 

• Self-starter and self-motivated

• Good organisational skills
