Senior Business Analyst

In this role, you'll work closely with business stakeholders, project teams and technology vendors to deliver high-quality business analysis outcomes within a fast-paced environment. This role is a 12-month fixed term contract based on-site in Darwin, NT.

What You'll Do

Lead requirements gathering through workshops, interviews and stakeholder engagementAnalyse, document and manage business and functional requirementsMap current and future-state business processes, workflows and requirementsIdentify gaps and opportunities between business needs and system functionalitySupport solution design, system integration, testing and implementation activitiesDevelop clear and accurate business analysis and project documentationFacilitate walkthroughs and stakeholder validation sessionsWork closely with project teams and vendors to support successful deliveryManage competing priorities and deliver quality outcomes within agreed timeframes

What You'll Bring

6+ years' experience as a Business Analyst or Senior Business AnalystStrong experience across requirements gathering, process analysis, process mapping and information analysisProven experience translating business requirements into practical system solutionsExperience with software integration, testing and implementationExcellent stakeholder engagement, facilitation and communication skillsStrong analytical, organisational and problem-solving abilitiesExperience working in complex environments with high-priority deliverablesBPMN 2.0 or similar process modelling experience is highly regardedGovernment and/or financial systems experience will be advantageousA collaborative, professional and accountable approachNational Police Clearance requiredBased in, or willing to relocate/travel to, Darwin, NT
