Cabinet Maker / Joiner

About the role

Working across our factory and installation projects, you will be responsible for producing and installing high-quality cabinetry and joinery to a professional standard. You will need to be confident working independently while also contributing positively to a team environment.

Key responsibilities

• Reading and accurately interpreting architectural drawings, plans and detailed joinery drawings
• Manufacturing, assembling and installing quality cabinetry and joinery
• Working from detailed specifications and project documentation
• Measuring, setting out and checking work for accuracy
• Installing joinery on residential and commercial sites
• Problem-solving and resolving issues during manufacture and installation
• Maintaining a high standard of workmanship, finish and attention to detail
• Working efficiently to meet project deadlines
• Working collaboratively with the factory and installation team
• Contributing ideas and supporting continuous improvement

About you

• Minimum 5 years' experience as a qualified Cabinet Maker / Joiner
• Strong ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and detailed joinery plans
• Excellent understanding of cabinetry construction and joinery techniques
• Experience manufacturing and assembling custom joinery
• Installation experience, with the ability to work confidently on site
• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• A reliable, punctual and professional approach
• Good communication and teamwork skills
