About the Role

We are seeking a Full-Time Forklift Driver / Pick Packer to join our busy warehouse team.

This is a hands-on hybrid role where you will be responsible for operating a forklift, picking and packing customer orders, moving stock and supporting the wider warehouse operation.

You will play an important role in ensuring orders are processed accurately, safely and efficiently.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Operating forklifts safely and efficiently to load, unload and move stock
• Picking and packing customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Receiving, checking and storing incoming stock
• Loading and unloading trucks and containers
• Moving and organising stock throughout the warehouse
• Handling manual lifting as required
• Preparing orders for dispatch
• Maintaining a clean, safe and organised warehouse environment
• Working efficiently to meet daily targets and deadlines
• Following all workplace health and safety procedures
• Supporting other warehouse duties as required
• Contributing to a positive, respectful and team-focused workplace

About You

• To be successful in this role, you will have:
• Previous experience in a warehouse, pick-and-pack or logistics environment
• A current Forklift Licence (LF & HR)
• Demonstrated forklift operating experience
• Experience picking and packing orders
• Good attention to detail and accuracy
• The ability to safely perform manual lifting and physical warehouse duties
• Good communication and organisational skills
• A reliable, punctual and positive attitude
• The ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• A strong commitment to workplace safety
• A willingness to learn and take on additional responsibilities when required

Previous experience working in a fast-paced warehouse environment will be highly regarded.
