Office administration assistant

Forte Lift Services is a 30 year old, leading private Australian lift company.

Due to our expanding workload, we are looking for an Administration assistant, based in our Abbotsford office.

This is a permanent part time position, with flexible hours to suit (approx. 9:30-2:30), 4 days a week.

This position would involve various tasks, as follows.

Sending and receiving parcels

Filing

Assisting various staff with online tasks

Reception

Answering phones

Mail collection

Other various general tasks
