About the role:

• Advising on complex public and private M&A transactions, including cross-border deals.
• Working on listed and unlisted transactions across the real assets and private capital sectors.
• Structuring fund formations, restructures, managed investment schemes and capital raisings.
• Managing significant matters, coordinating transaction teams and working directly with clients.
• Drafting and negotiating transaction documents and providing strategic commercial advice.

The ideal candidate:

• Lawyer to Senior Associate with 3+ years’ PQE with strong experience across public and private M&A transactions.
• Exposure to real estate, infrastructure or other real asset transactions.
• Knowledge of investment funds and the laws governing managed investment schemes.
• Excellent technical, drafting and transaction management skills.
• Confidence working directly with sophisticated clients and senior stakeholders.
• Strong commercial judgment and an understanding of the broader issues affecting clients.
