HVAC Service Manager – Randwick – Sydney

 This dynamic role will see you heading out to client sites to manage new and existing relationships, actively seeking new opportunities and sharing your extensive technical knowledge within the commercial HVAC industry.

Due to continued growth, we are looking for a HVAC Service Manager to join our team in Randwick, Sydney.

The Role

• Become the face of one of our high performing HVAC teams on a static site in Randwick Sydney, building relationships with clients, suppliers, and subbies.
• Mentor and develop Technicians. 
• Act as a subject matter expert to guide out technicians and subbies on any issues that may arise and ensuring compliance.
• Lead toolbox meetings embodying the Grosvenor culture of Homesafe and innovation.
• Assist with the growth of our HVAC service division.

Selection Criteria

• HVAC Trade Qualification and applicable licences (Arctick)
• NSW Supervisor Licence (Desirable)
• Previous people supervisory/management experience in the HVAC industry.
• Current Drivers Licence.
• Confidence in communication with stakeholders across all levels and backgrounds.
• Experience in a similar role and proven ability in managing HVAC contracts would be desirable.
• OHS Construction Induction Card.
• Good written and verbal communication skills, including above average computer skills.
