Flick Anticimex is seeking a driven Business Development Manager to join our Sydney Commercial team. This is a pure sales role focused on generating new business opportunities, building a strong pipeline, and closing deals. This is not an account management role. We're looking for someone who enjoys the chase and is passionate about converting prospects into long-term customers.

• Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities across Sydney

• Prospecting through cold calls, networking, referrals, and site visits

• Building and managing a healthy sales pipeline

• Conducting customer meetings and presenting tailored solutions

• Preparing proposals and negotiating contracts

• Achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets

• Maintaining accurate records within our CRM system

• Working closely with operational teams to ensure a smooth customer transition

• Proven experience in B2B sales or business development

• A strong hunter mentality with a passion for winning new business

• Confidence making outbound calls and securing appointments

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• Self-motivated, driven and results-focused

• Strong computer and CRM skills

• Current Australian Driver's Licence

• $70,000 - $75,000 base salary
