Early Childhood Teacher/ Educational Leader

What you'll be doing

• Developing and implementing engaging educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework

• Documenting children's learning and development through observations, portfolios, and other assessment tools

• Building positive relationships with children, families, and the wider community

• Mentoring and supporting other educators in the centre

• Ensuring a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment

• Actively participating in centre operations, staff meetings, and professional development

What we're looking for

• Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or equivalent qualification

• Extensive experience working as an Early Childhood Teacher, ideally 3+ years

• Demonstrated experience in an Educational Leader or similar role

• Strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Passion for early childhood education and a commitment to providing high-quality care

• Current First Aid, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma Management certifications
