Bar and Restaurant Manager

About the Role

Nannup Brewing Co. is looking for an experienced and energetic Bar and Restaurant Manager to lead our front-of-house team in the heart of the South West. As a key leader in our regional hospitality business, you will be responsible for the end-to-end operations of our venue, ensuring high standards of service, financial performance, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organise and control the operations of the establishment to provide high-quality dining and catering services.
• Plan menus in direct consultation with our Chefs and kitchen team.
• Manage sales and profit targets, maintaining detailed records of stock levels and financial transactions.
• Recruit, train, and supervise all waiting and kitchen staff, focusing on their professional development.
• Ensure the venue complies with all health, safety, and liquor licensing regulations.
• Confer with customers to ensure satisfaction and manage special functions or promotional events.

Requirements:

• An AQF Diploma (or equivalent) in Hospitality Management; OR
• At least 3 years of relevant experience as a Restaurant Manager (which can substitute for formal qualifications).
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and a "customer-first" mentality.
• Valid WA RSA certificate (or willingness to obtain).

Pay: $60,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
