About the role
⌛️6 month contract📍Melbourne based, hybrid💰$700-$800 p/d
Fancy getting your hands on one of the biggest platform migrations going around? This one's got scale, stakes, and a genuine problem to solve, not just a brief to tick off.
The organisation
This large insurer is deep into a major systems migration, shifting off a legacy platform and onto a new enterprise one. It's the kind of project that touches everything, how the business writes and manages its core product, and how the people on the frontline actually get their work done. Two systems will run side by side for a while, and getting that crossover right matters. This isn't a tidy, settled brief. It's live, it's still moving, and that's exactly why it needs someone good.
The right candidate
You're the type who's happiest in the mess of a real, unresolved problem. Give you a fragmented set of inputs and a stakeholder group who don't yet agree, and you'll find your way to a blueprint that actually holds up. You know your way around service blueprints and journey mapping, and you're not precious about running a workshop where you have to force a trade-off in the room rather than let it linger.
You've been around enterprise complexity before, so ambiguity doesn't rattle you, it's just Tuesday. You can hold your own with stakeholders from frontline right through to delivery, and you know the difference between a nice-to-have and something that'll actually break if it's left unaddressed. Some UX delivery experience wouldn't hurt either, it's not core to the role, but being able to flex that muscle when a flow needs finer detail is a bonus.
If that sounds like your kind of project, please apply - we're shortlisting ASAP!
