About this Role

We're looking for a creative leader to help take our brand to the next level and lead the delivery of inspiring, high-quality creative work that engages and drives impact.

Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, you'll lead our creative function, managing a team of designers while driving brand excellence across campaigns, fundraising, digital, communications and supporter engagement activities. You'll champion creativity, innovation and design to help Make-A-Wish stand apart in the Australian charity sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the evolution of the Make-A-Wish visual identity
• Manage and develop a high-performing creative team
• Deliver exceptional creative work across multiple channels
• Drive innovation, including the adoption of AI-enabled creative tools
• Partner with stakeholders to bring their activities to life
• Improve creative processes, workflows and performance measurement
