In 2026 we have apprenticeships available on the following streams:  

• Boilermaking 

• Industrial Painting

• 5 day working week with 1 of these days a paid TAFE day.

• Overtime and weekend work available as well as mandated and accrued additional paid time off (RDO) 

• ISO 45001 OH&S certified and compliant working environment, policies and procedures

• Uniforms and tools are supplied after successful completion of probation. 

• Above award wages are on offer through our Enterprise Agreement designed specifically for the benefit of Tyree employees. 

About You:
 

• Boilermakers/Industrial Painting - Completion of Year 10 High School with a good attendance record and commitment to subjects. 

• Mechanically minded, organised, and high attention to detail.

• Committed to attending and applying yourself at Tafe as well as work, following policies and procedures. 

• Driver’s license is essential in some roles but highly recommended. 

• Willing to undertake pre-employment medical including drug and alcohol screening. 

• Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident with the right to work in Australia.
