About the Role

We’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator to help grow Hismile through partnerships, influencer marketing, content creation and brand activations.

This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same. One day you could be coordinating an influencer campaign, the next organising a brand partnership, attending an event, managing ambassador relationships or creating content for our social channels. 

Working closely with our Marketing and Creative teams, you’ll help put Hismile in front of the right people, in the right places, and continue building one of the world’s most recognisable consumer brands. 

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate influencer, ambassador and affiliate programs across global markets
• Build and maintain relationships with creators, talent managers, media, agencies and brand partners
• Plan and execute influencer gifting campaigns that keep creators and partners engaged throughout the year.
• Identify and develop strategic partnerships with brands, retailers, wellness businesses, events and other aligned organisations
• Assist with the planning and execution of product launches and integrated marketing campaigns
• Coordinate Hismile’s presence at trade shows, industry events and brand activations
• Manage product sampling initiatives that introduce Hismile to new audiences and drive brand awareness
• Research and identify emerging creators, trends, partnership opportunities and cultural moments relevant to the brand
• Create engaging content for social media and paid advertising, including appearing on camera
• Work closely with the Creative, Performance Marketing and Brand teams to bring campaigns to life
• Track campaign performance and maintain accurate records of partnerships, gifting and influencer activity
• Assist with day to day marketing projects and support wider brand initiatives

About You

• Experience in marketing, influencer marketing, partnerships, PR, social media or a related field
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Confident working with influencers, creators, agencies and external partners
• Creative, proactive and always looking for new opportunities
• Comfortable appearing on camera and creating content
• Passionate about marketing, social media, beauty, wellness and consumer brands
• Willing to travel occasionally for events, campaigns and activations
• We’re looking for someone who genuinely loves marketing, understands internet culture, enjoys building relationships, and is excited to help grow a global brand.
• Strong written communication skills with the ability to represent the Hismile brand professionally
