Administration Officer - Finance & Reception

We're looking for an organised, welcoming and reliable Administration Officer who has a heart for serving others and shares our Christian values Ready to use your administration skills to make a real difference? You’ll be the friendly first point of contact, helping keep our program running smoothly while supporting residents, staff, and visitors. Position Snapshot:

• Full-time: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm (30-minute lunch)
• Rostered Day Off (RDO) every month
• Salary packaging available

What you’ll do:

• Reception, phones, emails, and front-of-house administration
• Process and reconcile weekly student allowances, petty cash and other financial transactions
• Perform MYOB data entry, account reconciliations and general finance administration
• Assist with Centrelink and NDIS administration
• Maintain accurate records and support compliance reporting
• Assist with basic website and social media updates when required

What you bring:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in administration, reception or customer service
• Confidence working with numbers and financial administration
• Experience with MYOB or similar accounting software
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
• A calm, reliable and professional approach
• Sound Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel

Essential Requirements:

• Current

Working With Children Check (WWCC)

• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
• Current

First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain prior to commencement)

• Current Infection Prevention and Control Training (or willingness to obtain prior to commencement)
• Current Australian Driver Licence
• National Police Check (or willingness to obtain prior to commencement).
• Active involvement in a Christian church
