Location: Dandenong South, VIC

Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $65,000 – $70,000 + superannuation (above award rates)

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 4:30pm

About the Role: 

Join the friendly team at International Mowers, Dandenong South, as a Warehouse & Parts Assistant in our busy agricultural equipment facility. This hands-on role combines warehouse operations with parts management, including container unloading, inventory control, order dispatch, and customer service via phone.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Manage stock and inventory, including local and overseas indent orders

• Administer parts inventory and operator manuals for sold machines

• Load merchandise onto delivery trucks using appropriate equipment

• Receive, tag, label and store merchandise by model, location and type

• Pack and prepare orders for shipment according to company standards

• Process warranty claims for damaged or defective items

• Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts

• Maintain accurate records in inventory and logistics software

• Process invoices and manage payments

• Pack and unpack shipping containers

• Some deliveries and drop-offs/collections

Essential Requirements:

• Right to work in Australia

• Current Victorian Driver’s Licence

• Strong physical fitness for manual handling

• Computer literacy with the ability to learn new systems

• Excellent communication skills for customer interaction

• Strong organisational and time-management abilities

Highly Regarded:

• Current Forklift Licence (LF class)

• Agricultural or machinery industry experience

• Experience with Unleashed inventory software

• 2 years of warehouse experience

Physical Requirements: 

This role involves regular heavy lifting, standing for extended periods, and working in warehouse conditions.
