We are looking for an ambitious and results-driven Business Development & Operation Manager to drive business growth, establish strategic partnerships, and support the ongoing success of our organisation.

Key Responsibilities Business Development & Sales (Primary Focus)

• Develop and implement sales strategies to grow the business and increase revenue.
• Generate new participant referrals through networking and relationship building.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Support Coordinators, Plan Managers, Hospitals, Allied Health Professionals, Local Area Coordinators (LACs), Case Managers, and community organisations.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand Care 24's presence across Australia.
• Represent Care 24 at networking events, expos, and community meetings.
• Achieve monthly business development and participant acquisition targets.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and service agreements for prospective clients.

Operations & Staff Management

• Assist with the day-to-day operations of the business.
• Recruit, onboard, train, mentor, and retain high-quality support workers.
• Ensure staff comply with NDIS Practice Standards, organisational policies, and participant requirements.
• Monitor staff performance and provide coaching and ongoing professional development.
• Work closely with the management team to improve operational efficiency and service quality.
• Build a positive workplace culture focused on accountability, quality, and participant outcomes.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Minimum 3 years' experience in business development, sales, account management, or operations, preferably within the NDIS, disability, healthcare, aged care, or community services sector.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and grow client portfolios.
• Existing relationships with Support Coordinators, Plan Managers, hospitals, or community organisations will be highly regarded.
• Strong understanding of the NDIS, participant funding, and disability support services.
• Proven experience recruiting, training, and managing staff.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong organisational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.

Essential Requirements

• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check.
• Working with Children Check (where applicable).
• Current Australian Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle.
• National Police Check.
• Full Australian working rights.
