Cerno Group is an independent, multi-disciplined property group providing specialist services in project delivery, property services, property investment and development, and property finance.  Cerno creates, owns and manages property assets on the eastern seaboard of Australia. Our depth of expertise covers a broad range of asset classes including commercial offices, retail, industrial, education, hospitality and residential.

With an increasing portfolio of projects across various property sectors, our Project Management team is looking to appoint a full-time project manager to assist in delivering these projects.

The role will suit a candidate with 3-5 years’ experience looking to develop skills and competencies in managing projects from inception through to occupation across various property sectors.

Role responsibilities cover:

• Program Management: Design, procurement and delivery of programs for each project

• Financial Management: Project cost management and reporting

• Reporting on a timely basis each month

The successful candidate will:

• Be tertiary qualified with 3-5 years’ PM experience 

• Client-side experience will be an advantage

• Understand and enjoy the SME environment 

• Have solid understanding of the Microsoft products
