WE'RE HIRING!

We are looking for a HVAC Technician to install, maintain and repair heating/cooling systems for a variety of client across the Melbourne metropolitan region. The ideal candidate will have experience in cleaning air quality equipment and performing maintenance procedures as well as providing emergency repairs when necessary.  

This is a full-time permanent position reporting to the HVAC Service Manager. Our office is based Keysborough Melbourne. You will work primarily from client sites and will visit the office on occasion to collect equipment, for team meetings or social events.

ABOUT THE ROLE 

You will be required to work 40 hours per week, 8 hours per day. Each week 2 hours accrues towards a Rostered Day Off (RDO). The typical working hours are 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM, however will vary based on client requirements. 

Occasionally, you may be required to work weekends or beyond the normal business hours. In these instances, you will be eligible for overtime rates. Occasionally, you will be called out after hours to make emergency repairs for clients, in these instances you will receive a call out allowance.  

Day to Day Responsibilities: 

• Perform routine maintenance and repair on HVAC systems in commercial and industrial settings.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues and implement effective solutions.

• Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.

• Maintain accurate service records and documentation of repairs.

• Communicate effectively with clients regarding system performance and maintenance needs.

REQUIREMENTS

• Cert 3 in Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning

• Current Australian Refrigerant Handling Licence 

• Construction Induction Card (White Card) 

• Driver Licence required

• Ability to obtain police clearance and working with children check 

• Valid work rights in Australia
